We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

Many added perks to staying here from breakfast which is included with your stay, to the spa and tea time offerings daily. The rooms were sound proof, spacious and cozy. 'This was a great boutique hotel. It’s in the quieter area of Zermatt so you have to walk down to the main town area but that just adds to the charm! The views of the Matterhorn were amazing. The spa was lovely as well. '

Het restaurant is uitstekend , zowel qua smaak, kwaliteit van de ingrediënten , presentatie, en de bediening heel attent en professioneel.. Ook het ontbijtbuffet en de er bij aangeboden à la carte mogelijkheden zijn uiterst verzorgd. Concierge goed geïnformeerd over de mogelijkheden rondom.'

"Authentic nice building.
Rooms are not very soundproof. Showerhead was hanging so low, I was only able to wash my hear sitting down.
The nice location as well as the price make up for that. There's lots of restaurants, shops and bike rentals nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind my first points of comment, then I would definitely recommend."

Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.
Helaas was het tijdens ons verblijf ontzettend warm in het hele hotel. Dat had niet onze voorkeur. "
