'Clean room and very pretty, even though it was mid-October it still got hot in the room and there was no fan so we just kept the sliding door open a little bit throughout the night and that worked! We had a balcony and just barely a view of the Matterhorn which was awesome. Tv had lots of channel options in English. Our room was very cozy and comfy. 'Travelling from the US with 10 year old daughter for skiing in late december. The Matterhorn view was incredible. Friendly and helpful staff. They helped pick the right lifts and runs based on skill level. Very convenient ski room for gear. Very good breakfast with lots of options. The pool was nice as well. Between the two main lifts. Overall 10/10, but i wish they would take amex. We took a taxi to the lifts because the walk is maybe 7 minutes in boots and we aren't used to that yet,...

'Courteous and helpful staff in this charming yet very modern boutique hotel. Everything about this place was pure comfort. I was only there for a night as part of a long, four-country trip. But I very much wish I had stayed longer. '

Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch met allerlei soorten yoghurt, ontbijtgranen, vers fruit, brood, kaasjes, vleeswaren en jams. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Helaas was het tijdens ons verblijf ontzettend warm in het hele hotel. Dat had niet onze voorkeur. '

'This was a great stay! Super communicative staff made it easy to arrange transfer to and from train station. Breakfast was AMAZING and so was their dinner. Hotel was top notch and the spa was incredible, easy access and very clean. We will be back!'
