'Mooie oud hotel, netjes en schoon. Goede ligging, vlakbij centrum, rivier en treinstation. Goede service.'

'Excellent stay from start to finish. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with excellent breakfast provided. All staff really helpful and can't fault our stay. Thank you!'

'Good location walkable distance to CittCity Centre and train stations. We selected a room with a balcony that can see the Matterhorn but it’s a big pity that there is a construction crane in the foreground during our stay. Breakfast area is very cosy.'

'A superb location with great views and super friendly service, thank you.'

'Free breakfast and the free spa at the basement'

'Amazing stay. Rain shower and balcony were exactly what we needed and wanted for our stay! Will stay again!'

'Clean room, friendly stuff, close to shopping. Amazing views of the church steeple and Matterhorn'

'Schoon Ontbijt prima Balkon met uitzicht '

'We stayed here for 3 nights. Very nice, stylish hotel. We didn’t use any of the spa facilities, but they sounded great. We had a nice view of the Matterhorn from our room. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, but they will come to pick you up. Would definitely stay again!'

'Prima hotel in Zermatt'

'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. The best part of the hotel is the spa area with sauna, steamroom, onsen, pools etc. Just perfect for relaxing after skiing!'
