'Overall my experience at Habitas was bad. I booked this hotel for 7 nights and ended up leaving after 2. It was raining so hard that glamping was extremely uncomfortable and I was worried for my safety at night.

 The check-in process was confusing, because I thought I had paid the full amount up front in February, but the taxes of 19% were to be paid at checkin. Expedia was unclear if the amount included taxes or not. I arrived at night in the poring rain and the property has bad lighting....

'The reviews are correct for this hotel. Everything is awesome…everything except the prices. Tulum is not a cheap place and this hotel is one of the most expensive. The only thing I would not do again is dealing with customer service to get a cab. Their price was with 100$ more for both ways, take from the airport Jungle taxi is better. . Overall the property is really gorgeous, nice people we would go again there.'
