'First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again.'

'Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. I will definitely be staying here in the future due to the good customer service communication that was prompt. The property looked great and...

'Late check in from driving many hours. Bed & pillows were comfortable and temperature well regulated. Clean room and efficient at front desk. Sound proof room not exactly accurate... I've not seen that on a description before, so the BF had high expectations and we actually could hear the neighbors muffled tv all night. It was okay with me but I must've slept better that night. '

'A spotless accommodation with good quality coffee in the room. What made this a 5star place was the receptionist. She was very very knowledgeable about the environment, gave us great tips ánd was very welcoming when we arrived (2 hours before check-in time!). '
