'Modern, schoon en relatief klein hotel in een kantoorachtig gebouw. Eronder zit een goede lunchroom/bistro/koffiebar. Kleine lift. Snelle en simpele incheck en vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden en de kamers zijn pas helemaal vernieuwd. Zeer praktische ligging recht tegenover het treinstation en het busstation, van waar je met het uitstekende openbaar vervoer alle kanten op kunt. Horeca en winkels direct in de buurt. Supermarkt op het station heel handig en tot zeer laat in de avond open. Goed...

'We just finished staying for 3 days at the Aristella in Zermatt and really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very friendly and the room was spotless. The Aristella is close to the train station, main shopping area, and attractions like the Glacier Paradise cable car and the cog railway. The breakfast (and the staff at breakfast) are great as well! 'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. The best part of the hotel is the spa area with sauna, steamroom, onsen, pools etc. Just perfect for relaxing after skiing!'
