Place is in the city, within the neighborhood, walkable to Robinson mall- if your used to walking in a busy road with minimal sidewalk to no sidewalk at all. The hotel itself feels safe, with elevator, the room is clean. With great working AC, and toiletries. Overall, i like the place for practicallity. '

'On their website they said it's free breakfast but none at all. Our room is infront of the road & it was so noisy with the cars or motorbike passing by. The only good thing about it was the staff are friendly & accomodating. Overall, I am dissapointed with my stay.

"I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)"
