'Not only the room was so clean, the shower has a hot water too and its got a gym, a pool and I love that it also has a safe in the room. Most importantly, the staff were also welcoming and attentive. The hotel is convenient and walkable to 7-11, Sugbo Mercado, Ayala Mall and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Considering it’s like 1 minute from the IT park, there’s always people whether tourists or workers walking around and the area is pretty well lit. This was my first time traveling...

'It is what it is. The place is just OK, nothing special. At check in because I booked a package deal it only listed me as a single person, flying from the U.S. to Cebu by myself it did not give me the option to include my wife (Filipina living in the area) to the reservation. I asked if I could get extra breakfast vouchers or pay for them. I was told no. When I left and went to another location, I was told that they did provide vouchers. Indoor pool is a real bummer and cold water. No one uses...

'This is the WORST place I booked at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE IN BOOKING HERE. Communication is almost non-existent. I inquired about their additional fees after booking but no response. Check the property details first so you'll know the add-on fees. I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place. The property owner responded later on to my inquiry and...

'The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area. Conversations can be heard in the hallway as well as music from the street, so if you need a soundproof unit, look elsewhere. The pool area is huge! Likely 2.5 times an olympic pool in length. The fitness center has enough of the basics to get in a good session. The...

'We rented this condo trough Expedia for 1 month. On arrival we already noticed a lot of mold in the cabinets and a leaking sink. Next to that there was no cleaning done at all and a lot of cockroaches in the room/kitchen, only the bed sheets were changed. We contacted Riza about this issue and she said it would be fixed. Weeks go by and nothing has been done. Contacted her again and finally she decided to place some cockroach traps (which helped). Then we added 4 (extra) months trough Riza...
