'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son. Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed...

'Ouderwetse kamer in het 'nieuwe gedeelte'. Slecht bed, ouderwetse badkamer. Het hotel lijkt TOTAAL NIET op de foto's. Personeel is vriendelijk. Restaurant stelt niets voor, daar is het personeel slecht. De omgeving is niet bijzonder, ver weg. Het enige goede is dat er op loopafstand een Italiaans restaurant zit: Giuseppe. Ga daar heen!'

'The staff were polite. This is a hotel for only one night if nothing is available. I am a Canadian with a Filipina girlfriend which they do not tailor to. We only get shuttle to a Korean mall which is 5 minutes away. If you are a Korean you will get special treatment. Hotel is deserted. This hotel is so far from everything I would give this a minus 5 stars. No support finding tours. You need to be very persistent than help you. They o er charge for the tour. Swimming pool is not a...
