'They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. 'Very nice hotel to stay. Staff was very helpfull. Wifi was a big issue. No connection at room during daytime. Sometimes when you had luck you had connection at night. Needs new voucher every 3days! Good connection wifi at poolside and restaurant. Restaurant has good foods, staff is helpfull but empty plates stay long at the table when finished. '

'gezellig hotel, prima prijs voor de geboden kwaliteit, fijn zwembad (lijkt veel groter op de foto's) vriendelijk personeel. Helaas ligt het hotel nogal afgelegen van Cebu stad of bezienswaardigheden op Mactan island. Zeer geschikt voor mensen die een romantisch hotel zoeken of tot rust willen komen. Elke taxirit begint met 100php nog voordat er een meter is gereden.'

'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...
