'The air conditioner was not working, tried to cool room for 30mins. Sat on the bed may have used a couple towels. Went to front desk to check out, they offered to swap rooms but I insisted refund. Got with 3rd party about refund to call hotel, hotel lied about me using the room. Accessible location, front desk just doing their job- poor management. They had also duct tapped a window that was busted in the room & it was supposed to be non smoking.'

'I’m from Mississippi, and this Hilton used to be one of the top places to stay in Jackson. The hotel is still large, and the staff were very nice and friendly, but the property is outdated. Only one elevator was working during my stay. My biggest issue was the air conditioning. I reported that my room was warm shortly after check-in, but it was never fixed. 'Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...
