'Nice, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Easy parking in their garage (they give you a permit to display on your dash). Good breakfast. Only 2 donwsides I can think of: 1. the breakfast ends too early (10am would be better) and we were there for 16 nights and our room was never fully cleaned. We had to request it (and they seemed to be surprised by my request) and even then only the sheets were changed. They didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. I don't know about you but at home I don't go...

'Room was big with new laminate flooring, full frig, microwave, and dishes. Bathroom was big, modern and very nice. Breafast served here is awesome. Will return.'
'Great pricing, amenities, service, and overall experience. Our room had an adjacent room which had limited sound-insulation. This caused us to hear our neighbors more than normal. But we were not able to hear our neighbors that weren’t connected to our room.

'Easy, secure self-parking in garage at the hotel. Quiet, cool, clean hotel with everything we needed. Bed was great. Location basically on UT campus could not be improved upon. We walked everywhere from here: all over campus, Guadalupe, even to the capitol (1/2 mile). '
