'Nice hotel with friendly staff, we had a very good stay until thunderstorms hit the location. Luckily no damage but the hotel didn’t do the necessary repairs so we had no warm water no electricity and no internet for about 14 hrs'

'The front desk clerk in the evening was not very friendly. My wife asked for a bottle of water as we returned from dinner, and he said “I already gave you two when you checked in. You will have to buy it if you want another.” If the policy is to only give 2 bottles of water, he should have said that instead of being very rude. Later that evening, she learned she had forgotten to pack a toothbrush. She went to the front desk to see if they had a complimentary one - as most Marriott properties do...

'Nice, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Easy parking in their garage (they give you a permit to display on your dash). Good breakfast. Only 2 donwsides I can think of: 1. the breakfast ends too early (10am would be better) and we were there for 16 nights and our room was never fully cleaned. We had to request it (and they seemed to be surprised by my request) and even then only the sheets were changed. They didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. I don't know about you but at home I don't go...

'Expected it to be cleaner for an Aloft. Bathroom was all-right, the door was very hard to move/open. Area was nice, lots to do around, so i guess if that’s your plan then this might be a good option. Fee for parking in the garage which seems to be the only option'

'The staff took 45 mins to give us the room. The receptionist had no idea what she was doing They gave us the worst room possible, right beside the public restroom. Every time someone uses the restroom, we could hear it. This went on all night'

'Staff was normal and fine. The continental breakfast was lacking. Oats were overly “watery”, the eggs were likely liquid egg mixtures that seemed to be stretched and watery. Hard boiled eggs were not fresh. Apples had bruises all over. The room itself was clean. Biggest downside was the AC unit was supremely loud like it needed some maintenance. The bathroom fan simply didn’t work in room 508, and that left the room humid and ultimately muggy.'
