'The first room I was given had bedbugs. I was given another room on a different floor, which was clean. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic and helpful, but I won't stay here again. I will say that I've stayed here a number of times before without issue, but I still always check the furniture and mattresses before I set my things down.'
