'Nice and cosy hotel, though interior is a bit worn. But our room 408 on the top floor was next to some large boiler/ ventilation unit, making a 24h centrifuge sound and tremor making sleeping next to it very difficult. Also our bathtube was clogged. '

'If you want to get Lake Louise, morraine lake and other tours to Banff are provided by Blackstone which I would highly recommend as they pickup right off from door steps. This property has underground parking which is really convenient and easy to access any places near to Canmore'

Personeel is echt super vriendelijk, zeker bij het ontbijt was dat opvallend. Het ontbijt is overigens ook erg goed.

'This hotel was the best place we stayed at on our trip.
The hotel had a beautiful lobby and offered a very nice complementary wine and cheese hour every day. The laundry facilities were very inexpensive and the sauna was a nice extra.
The only downside was an issue with paying the security deposit for the room with my European credit card. This is the only hotel where I had an issue. I don't know what went wrong, but the staff was understanding and accepted cash (albeit a higher amount).

'Great hotel. Bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids. Very clean. Amazing service. Such a fun hotel!! I had hoped for breakfast to be included but everything else made up for that. Would definitely stay again!! Just a little constructive criticism…maybe add a towel hook by the sink in the toilet room. My kids couldn’t reach the shelf above the toilet. Also include 2 bars of soap instead of just one since there are 3 sinks 😉 But seriously loved it!!'

'Wonderfull stay in Banff. Free parking close to downtown Banff. Clean & modern room. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is fantastic. We got a free drink at the bar and free cookies. The hotel has 2 rooftop hottubs which we really enjoyed. We had a very relaxed stay! Would defenitely come back!! '

'We waren drie overnachtingen,bed werd niet opgemaakt, prullenbakken werden niet geleegd. Schone handdoeken kan gewisseld worden bij de receptie. Dit is het beleid bij naar vraag. Naast de inning van de drie overnachtingen werd ook Cad 150 ingehouden. Dit wordt pas terug gegeven na 5 -10 dagen. Momenteel in hotel in Hinton zelfde sterren hotel ded wordt opgemaakt en kamer schoonmaak elke dag en geen waarborgsom.

"The accommodation was overall very good. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — but that was my own mistake for booking a room with one. Lesson learned: I’ll avoid sofa beds in the future :). Heerlijke douche, ruime en mooie kamers en keuken.
Alles erg netjes en schoon. Alles wordt dagelijks prima onderhouden en zonodig aangevuld. Vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam personeel. Fijne parkeergarage. Goede uitgeruste en grote keuken.
Water uit kraan is zit wel erg veel chloride in. Voor eten, drinken, thee en koffie ander water gebruiken. Maar dat is blijkbaar hier overal zo.
Kortom erg fijn verblijf en absoluut aan te bevelen."
