'The location was the best. Next door to groceries and a liquor store. Next to the grocery store is the bus stop for the Roam bus that takes you all over Banff. Restaurants all in a 5 minute walk too, yet because Basecamp is around the corner from the restaurants it is nice and quiet. The rooftop hot tub was amazing also.'

'Wonderfull stay in Banff. Free parking close to downtown Banff. Clean & modern room. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is fantastic. We got a free drink at the bar and free cookies. The hotel has 2 rooftop hottubs which we really enjoyed. We had a very relaxed stay! Would defenitely come back!! '

'The room was very nice, seemed to be newly renovated with nice carpet. Vibe was good, we were in a first floor room facing the street, but it was still quiet and hardly noticed. Wonderful location to downtime Banff. Included complimentary shuttle to Banff gondola which was a plus.'

"The accommodation was overall very good. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — but that was my own mistake for booking a room with one. Lesson learned: I’ll avoid sofa beds in the future :). Aside from that, everything else was great."

But hallways are very very noisy. We had bad luck that we had a group of very inconsistente people that kept shouting and screaming in the hallways but it felt like they were in our room. No sound proofing at all"

Personeel is echt super vriendelijk, zeker bij het ontbijt was dat opvallend. Het ontbijt is overigens ook erg goed.
De hot tubs op de binnenplaats zijn ook heerlijk in de winter. Wel jammer dat veel mensen er keihard in gaan zitten tetteren wat je op je kamer erg hoort
Ik vond alleen de kamer tegenvallen. Enorm klein, en kon wel wat aandacht gebruiken. Kamer zat ook meteen beneden naast de hortus achter een klapdeur waardoor de kamer in of uit gaan enorm onhandig was. Voelde een beetje als het verdom hoekje
