'Wij waren zeer tevreden over aloft hotel. Het lijkt meer een 5 sterren hotel dan een 4 sterrenhotel. De familiekamer was ruim, schoon en had een geweldig kingsize bed. Ook de badkamer is enorm. 'Everyone is very happy and friendly. There are staff constantly cleaning the public areas. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is open great hours 8am - 8pm. 'We have travelled quite a lot but this resort was absolutely the best we’ve ever stayed at. Especially the service we experienced troughout our entire stay was exceptional. (Special thanks to Mimi, Molly and Raj) Quality of food was great as well at the beach, the restaurant and Kayu Puti. Rooms are clean and comfy accomodated by stunning views. 'Het hotel heeft mooie kamers met balkon. Aantekening is dat het erg gehorig is en dat er veel licht de kamer binnenkomt. Er is ook niet altijd warm water, maar dat maakt niet uit vanwege de warmte. Ontbijt is goed. Ruime keuze en elke dag iets anders. Gerechten worden wel niet goed warm gehouden. Er is een touroperator aanwezig in de lobby waar je excursies kunt boeken. Daarnaast is er een prachtig zwembad met mooi uitzicht (erg rustig). Let op, er is geen strand in de omgeving. '

'Really amazing place. If you are up for a super relaxing stay, Ambong Pool Villas is a great option. Super helpful staff are reachable via WhatsApp all day to provide service and advice. You can choose meals in your villa or in the resort restaurant. The villas are meticulously cleaned twice a day, including the pools (to remove leaves etc). The view of the surrounding environment from inside the villa is enhanced by huge windows that face the pool. Lots to observe, both flora and fauna....

'The resort is nestled in the rain forrest. Monkeys and butterflies everywhere. The beach is magnificent and calm (no music, no motorized water sports, thankfully!). The pools are nice and so are the showers etc. The restaurants are good although rather expensive. Breakfast was great. Only downside was the lack of functioning salt dispensers.
