'Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De hotelkamer is schoon en zag er sfeervol uit. Douchen kan alleen in bad. Hotel ligt aan de rand van het centrum en daardoor heb je geen last van het lawaai. Zeker een hotel waar wij terug zouden komen. '

'Very nice stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and has even a kitchen. The sheet cover of the bed was dirty (blood and coffee?) and changed it a day later at the housekeeper. Breakfast is good and delicious in the fancy breakfast room. Nice staff (housekeeping as well as at the reception). Free Parking at the front (or behind) of the hotel. Public transport is around the corner. '

'Locatie bij Europa park en rulantica perfect.
Het is een vakantiehuis, maar met het gemak van een hotel.
Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Schoon, netjes en goed verzorgd.
Receptie buitengewoon vriendelijk.'
'Staff was really friendly and spoke perfect English. Good breakfast in beautiful clubbing area. Room was great, beautifully styled. Bathroom a bit overdesigned which takes room space and because the door didn’t close entirely, you could hear everything going on in the bathroom. In all, great value for money!'
'Fine stay in a junior suite. The remark at checkin that an upgrade we were entitled to was not available and then was compensated with a free drink was a kind of cheapo. Some, minor, things we missed we will comuncate with the hotel other then there was no climate control in the room. The heath was on or off, Regulating the temperature by opening or closing the windows while heavy roadworks are going on is no picnic. But then again it was compensated with another free drink😉. Luckily not all...
'Het hotel ligt midden in Petit-France, het historische gedeelte van Straatsburg. Perfect gelegen voor het verkennen van de stad. We kregen bij aankomst een gratis upgrade naar een mooiere kamer. prima. Het hotel was netjes verzorgd en het ontbijt was naar Franse maatstaf best uitgebreid. De ontbijtzaal is niet te groot.'
'What makes Leonor special is the service. Staff is very friendly. From check in to check out you are taken care of, always with a smile. Food is delicious, bar is inviting and cozy. Room is modern and bed is so comfortable. We also used their parking, very handy. Don't even look further, this is the place to stay in Strasbourg. We will certainly be back! '
'Het is jammer dat je er niet een klein bar was alleen een drink/snoep automaat die vaak ook niet werkte en je kan s'avond ook niets eten maar er zijn gelukkig wel in de buurt een paar eet gelegenheden. Een klein koelkastje op de kamer was super fijn geweest maar was er niet. Voor de rest was het er wel schoon en netjes en stil. Goede uitvalsbasis als je naar europapark gaat is paar minuten rijden. "Hotel is advertised with valet parking, but there is none. They have 7 parking spots and then you have to drive to the nearby parking garage. Walking with your big suitcases through the city. Not 5 star worthey. And the garage is only suitible for smaller cars. I booked 3 nights and had to go in and out the garage 12 time, damaging 3 of my wheels wich will cost me serious money to repair. So all the platforms and websites stop advertising this hotel with valet parking, there is none. 4 star hotel max. The food in the restaurant was not 5 star hotel restaurant worthy. Room was good and clean."
