'Hotel was decent overall with a trendy retro theme and friendless staff who speak good English. However WiFi in the room was unreliable and the bed linens were low quality. But the neighborhood is excellent with lots of cool restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.'

'Very good and extremely helpfull staff'

'The hotel entrance was quite hard to find as it is hidden between some small alleys but once you get there the staff was incredibly helpful and they even use a translator tool to try their best to help you. Love that they provide daily room services and also laundry. You can call them at the lobby and they will pick up your laundry. Once it’s done they also leave them back at your door. The hotel room doesn’t have a fridge and they also don’t have an elevator. Will need to climb stairs to get to...

'It’s a very nice and lovely hotel in centre of Beijing, it’s our favourite hotel now compared with some other hotels we have booked in the past years when we stayed in Beijing. The courtyard where you can relax and rest is a big plus point and also the bathroom is very nice. The staff is very helpful and nice.'
