'Vriendelijk personeel. Goede kamer. Zwak wifi. Engelse taal personeel is matig. Ontbijt op z'n "Chinees". Goede locatie, doch lastig te vinden voor veel taxichauffeurs!'

'Superb hotel with helpful friendly staff who cant do enough for you. The room was clean and very modern. Everything was provided. Customer service excellent. The breakfast was the best ive ever had. A superb stay. Only small negative thing was that the dryer did not work well and took hours.'

Front desk is always so helpful and the free laundry service is provided at no cost and free snacks 24/7 etc. location is right in the hustle& bustle night market area but u can’t hear any outside voice from the room. The front desk felt like a mini-UN: English flowed, and they snagged me Forbidden-City tickets in two minutes. Handed over dirty laundry at breakfast; it came back clean and folded at dusk—zero charge. Mattress = cloud, pillow = marshmallow, sleep = instant. Warmest little base in Beijing—see you next time. '
