'Stayed here during a business trip and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
One of my coworkers left her room in the morning with the bathroom sink completely fine. While we were away, housekeeping found the sink broken. Instead of investigating what happened, management immediately decided it was our co-worker's fault, charged her $350, police wad called, and had her removed from the hotel.

'It was a good stay for the price. The staff was nice, and the room was decent. However, it felt like it could have been swept better. There was also mold in the shower ceiling. I was too tired to say anything and was leaving the next day. However, this is definitely an issue that needs to be taken care of. 'The hotel was greatly located for a game at NRG stadium. Their breakfast was decent. The rooms were spacious and clean. Unfortunately the staff was not very helpful. Despite several phone calls they still haven’t fixed an issue with my bill and they haven’t been responding to an item we left behind.'
