'I stayed here for one night while visiting London and had a great experience. The location in Soho is excellent – very central, with many attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport all within easy walking distance. As this is a capsule hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I found my way around immediately. The hotel itself is very new (I believe it has been open for less than a year), and everything felt modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming....

'The worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures showed small rooms but the two rooms we had were so so small with a queen sized bed with have the length of the toilet/shower room against the bed. 2 paces from the bed was the front door and also toilets entrance door. The room was damp and the only positive was AC in the room. Genuinely the minute size of the room was totally over sold as much larger in all the pictures. Ruined our stay in london. Shameful easy hotel'
