'This is my go to place in bogota. Good location, close to restaurants bars and coffee shops in bosque calderon, and great connection for the airport Great team, well appointed rooms. Sound insulated rooms give a good nights sleep. Gym is a bonus. This time the hot water pressure was not great, but that was the only negative.'

'I've stayed at this property multiple times and it's been good-great reach trip to Bogota. However this trip there is a noticable drop in the hotel standards. Usually they would not allow someone to have their television in high volumes. But for the past 2 hours(630pm) today 4/26/2024 this had been the case. So now aside from the clubs you have loud guests. If you're looking for a quiet night this is not the place. Staff is amazing, great Wifi coverage and safe. Just noise levels are not...

'This is a nightmare hotel. They dont have confortable mattreses, no hot water in the mornings, towels literaly ripped and stained. The staff are a gang of rude venezuelan people. You have just 10 min to take the breakfast, because they dont have enough tables for all guest. You better pay a little bit more and you get something confortable for your stay.'

I asked for a towel because the maid did not return my large bath towel. The day shift receptionist gave me a small towel instead.
