I checked in late in the evening and my young child was already asleep or I would have asked for another room. I did tell them at checkout the next morning and they were friendly and receptive and she let the cleaning department know. '

The only issue we encountered was the comforter on one of the beds was dirty. My husband let the front desk know and we were given a clean one. The young man apologized for the inconvenience. The free breakfast included waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, etc. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. They do provide housekeeping services. Which isn't very common...
