Luxe hotels in Binnenstad van Fort Worth

'I am a marriott bonvoy member and used to work for Marriott several year ago I always prefer to stay at Marriot hotels because of the standards for room cleanliness and upkeep. We were extremely disappointed in this experience as we were there for four nights and 3 days. Each day we had to ask the front desk for more towels. 'After several recent disappointing stays at other hotels, I'd come to not expect much in the way of nice hotels. What a change of heart after staying in the Fort Worth Omni! Such a pleasant stay in every aspect...promptly and courteously greeted by valet and front desk, spotless room and bathroom with all working lighting and plumbing fixtures. 'No way to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Shower turns the tile floor into a slick nightmare. Early check-in needlessly expensive. We weren’t told what the valet costs but it’s stupid expensive. Call the hotel and you get a foreign call center who will give you wrong information. Appalling lack of consideration towards customer experience. Won’t be returning. '
