'The power went off on the second night, a electrical problem down the street.
The young lady with a young male on duty were so caring walking around each room informing guests of the problem offering assistance to guests if needed.
The rooms were nice and clean. The only small issue was that we didn’t know toasters are no longer provided but not a big bikkie.
Our car spot was right in front of our door. We'll stay here again.

'All details of our booking were correct and in their system, staff as always are great, efficient, informative and empathetic, including the restaurant and bar staff. Rooms are very good and clean and the free breakfast packs are welcome, undercover car parking in front of your room is very convenient.'

'My partner and I stayed here over the weekend and had a lovely experience. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the instructions for parking and collecting the key were clear and easy to follow. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family, we had to cut our stay short. The staff were incredibly understanding and made the process of checking out early simple and stress-free, which we truly appreciated during a difficult time.
