'Of all the hotels we have stayed in they had the best bed. It was not a hard plank. It has the perfect amount of give and was extremely comfortable. We would stay there again for the bed alone. On another note, we always were socksin hotel rooms. Usually the look dirty after walking around in the room. Our socks stayed clean like we had been wearing shoes. This was a testament to the cleanliness of the carpet and room. The staff was helpful and courteous.'

'The friendliest and most helpful staff! We arrived at 2 am (about 5 hours after we were supposed to) and the woman at the desk was so kind and helpful. We were leaving in a cruise the next day and didn’t know about setting up a shuttle. We mentioned the cruise and she just gave us a piece of paper to write our info on and took care of booking the shuttle for us! At 2 am! Seriously best customer service. '

'Hotel was in a good location, but no self park, and very expensive valet parking, staff was not very helpful regarding other parking options nearby. When asked about the lot across the street the response was “I don’t know” not helpful. . Charge of 25 dollars for early check in. Never experienced that before. A bit exploitative in my view. Cleaning staff was lovely. '

'Prima kamer in redelijk goed verzorgd hotel. Er zaten een paar tegels los in onze badkamer. Redelijk grote kamer met kitchenette. Het hotel ligt op een terrein met nog een aantal goede middenklasse hotels, maar er is in de omgeving voor zover wij hebben gezien verder niet veel te doen. Je moet zoals in de verenigde Staten gebruikelijk al snel de auto pakken. Dicht bij het vliegveld. Het ontbijt is een van de meest uitgebreide die we tijdens onze vakantie gezien hebben en voor Amerikaanse...

'Prima hotel, ruime kamer met een keuken erin. Badkamer is ook netjes. Ontbijt wat erbij zit is handig om even snel wat te pakken voor je vertrek maar je moet er niet te veel bij voorstellen. Parkeren is gratis, buiten en in de garage. Wat wij jammer vonden is dat ze geen kaart hebben van Seattle om mee te geven aan de gasten. Tijdens ons verblijf stond de hottub zonder water, wat we ook erg jammer vonden.'

'Great location close to Climate Pledge Arena, close to some great dining options. Few minute walk from the waterfront and close to the space needle, mopop etc. Rooms were nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee maker in room but they always have in lobby which I used more. Also Starbucks was attached if you’re into that.'

'Hotel ligt op goede locatie om downtown Seattle te bezoeken en heeft een gezellige lounge/bar. Wel wordt bij het inchecken medegedeeld dat er geen kamerservice is. We verbleven 3 nachten en geen enkele dag is iets opgeruimd of schoongemaakt. '

'Everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk were very friendly. The bed was so comfortable, and my husband loved the hot breakfast. The King bed wasn't available so they upgraded us to a Queen suite for free.The bathroom and adjoing room off of the bedroom were very nice. The shuttle driver was amazing, he dropped people off near the best elevator, told the which color elevator to use and exactly how to get to their cruise pickup or ticketing etc.'

'Modern milieuvriendelijk hotel in het hart van Seattle downtown met veel restaurants en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Kamers zijn wel gehorig en dicht bij de brandweerdienst waardoor er in de nacht vaker sirenes te horen zijn. '

'Eigenlijk geen negatieve punten. Wel hadden we vragen rond de aanrekening van de toll op de weg naar Seattle, als je een huurauto hebt.'

'Went for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend and overall it was a decent experience at this place. I liked that everything was walking distance as far as activities and dining places and overall What was a really comfy stay although I do recommend instead of having breakfast at their restaurant I would definitely check other options as what they offered wasn’t bad but definitely for the price that you’re paying for the hotel You would expect it to be better quality and have more options....
