Het personeel spreekt over het algemeen geen Engels. Slechts de supervisor op elke shift spreekt genoeg Engels om zich engizins verstaanbaar te maken. Het ontbijt buffet is okay... 'Nice hotel close to the airport. Minus was the dry spit on the wall of the toilett and the fact that the shuttle bus to the airport stops for 10 seconds at the hotel so if you are not outside you will miss it like we did.'

We stayed in their "Executive Studio" and the room has plenty of storage space for our luggages (2 medium/2 carry-on), a comfortable bed, a spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom. 'Good location but hard to find as virtually NO Hotel Name on display. Lovely room equipped with ceiling rings for gymnasts but NO TV. Great breakfast. Not too far from the AirPort Express line and stations. Good value in what is becoming a very expensive city.'

'Nice location with the beautiful bamboo park and the zoo just across the road. The 40 sqm room felt spacious and the staff was helpful and friendly, the room was nicely cleaned. The hotel is named New Century but really it feels like stepping into the previous century, it's time to refurbish the rooms. The lobby looks nice though. From time to time there was smell of smoking in the room, not terrible but not very pleasent either. Unsure where it came from. Like many other places in Beijing not...
