'This is one of the most customer-friendly hotel experiences that I have had. The staff at the front desk were beyond welcoming and did an excellent job informing me of the various amenities within the hotel. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Finally, the room was spacious and comfortable. I will not stay at any other hotel, when I visit Columbia, SC., unless this hotel is fully booked.
