'Wij hadden wat problemen met het inchecken - kamer was nooit geboekt via Expedia - en daardoor moest ik vanuit de VS met NL bellen. Expedia NL wilde mij niet van dienst zijn en zij verbonden mij door met het US office. Ik hoefde alleen mijn telefoon maar aan de receptioniste te geven en voila, alles was in no-time geregeld. Zou wel graag willen weten waar de fout nou gelegen heeft. '

'The hotel has beautiful grounds and surroundings. There were some Quiky things about the hotel. Like they wouldn't accept a letter for the outgoing mail, and they keep the luggage carts locked up and you can only use them when the valet is on duty. There isn't maid service everyday but the rooms were clean, a good size, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of towels and service items. The breakfasts were really nice, and the bar tender in the sports bar was very competent. '
