Het personeel spreekt over het algemeen geen Engels. Slechts de supervisor op elke shift spreekt genoeg Engels om zich engizins verstaanbaar te maken. Het ontbijt buffet is okay... 'Nice hotel close to the airport. Minus was the dry spit on the wall of the toilett and the fact that the shuttle bus to the airport stops for 10 seconds at the hotel so if you are not outside you will miss it like we did.'

'The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. 'The address on Expedia was misleading, I contacted the property and received a different address for where to go as we were walking around for a while before we could find it. It is inside a bigger building with another hotel on different floors which is why we were so confused. 'The name of this place is actually Base-Gonti Serviced Apartment and it was perfect for our trip. We stayed in their "Executive Studio" and the room has plenty of storage space for our luggages (2 medium/2 carry-on), a comfortable bed, a spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom. The hotel is very clean and safe and I appreciated the free in-room wifi and house slippers.
