I would like to start with the location which was perfect. The staff were beyond helpful friendly right down to the guys & girls who greeted me at the door everytime I arrive or left .the room 731 exceeded my expectation it was spotless clean the layout was perfect and cozy. My boyfriend and I arrived and had booked a Deluxe room with private bathroom...the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos of the listing online.
The room was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the windows were jammed open and couldn't be closed, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusty, the bed was way smaller than described, the matress was torn under the sheets and the inside material was coming out, a light bulb was missing. 'We had to change 3 rooms due to (1) noise and construction dust (2) leaking shower door and (3) we were stuck in this room for the remainder of the stay with fowl urine stench from the drain pipes.
The Hotel GM was very sympathetic and did try to resolve the issue but it appeared to be a more systemic issue on that floor not just our room.
We do appreciate the GM’s effort in helping us
That being said the staff was very helpful and esp the Exec Chef attended to our dietary needs.'
