'We stayed in room 616.
This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work.
However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large.
The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast.
We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

'This place was the worst place ever.
My boyfriend and I arrived and had booked a Deluxe room with private bathroom...the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos of the listing online.
The room was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the windows were jammed open and couldn't be closed, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusty, the bed was way smaller than described, the matress was torn under the sheets and the inside material was coming out, a light bulb was missing. The listing said the...

'We recently stayed at the Ibis Calangute while in Goa for some very sad family business, and I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and its staff.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible during a difficult time. The standards set by the manager were clearly very high. He regularly took the time to greet us personally and check that everything was okay, and the team he led followed his example with warmth,...

'A friendly hotel where the staff were all welcoming. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were particularly attentive. Very comfortable room and bed. Handy for the train station. I found it a bit strange that reception staff would not book an auto or taxi for me but gave me the numbers to do it myself.'

8/10 Goed
We kwamen in de nacht aan en locatie leek erg eng met smalle straatjes. Maar op de dag zagen we dat het dichtbij de zee was. Van het balkon uit goed te zien. Rustig en veilig. Erg vriendelijk personeel
