'Allocated a room which had a shared door with other room. Starting midnight till morning there were loud noise/music from neighboring room. Complained to front desk. They mentioned they will take care and there was no change in situation. Called back again and front desk mentioned , they did ask them to reduce noise but they were not listening and he would tell the manager.
I think its hotels responsibility to make sure the guests are comfortable'

'The lady that checked us in was nowhere to be found when we arrived. I was worried she was abducted! Checked the hallways and administrative office! Waited ten minutes. No where or no one to be found!!Check the security cameras! Then she copped an attitude. Marriott does not need employees like her ANYWHERE in customer contact positions. She begrudgely offered the three of us one bottle of water AFTER she found out we were Bonvoy Gold members!'
