'wij kregen kamer 109 die tegen over een cafe ligt met live muziek dus geen oog dicht gedaan midden in de nacht naar een andere kamer verhuisd die was prima alleen de key card werkte niet dus de volgende dag een half uur gewacht tot we erin konden de 2 dames van de receptie zeer onvriendelijk,dus wij gaan niet meer naar dit hotel '

'When we arrived we wàs informed that the lift was out of order, the receptionist ( owner i think) was really helpful and shown us two different rooms to change to.the continental breakfast was free ,which was lovely. The hotel was in a great location for all the bars etc, shame about the street, lot of hotels abandoned but having said that well worth the money at the arncliffe and would definitely return. '

'30 jaar geleden was dit het tophotel van Southport, nu is het een bezoek niet meer waard. Het ziet er slordig, onverzorgd en slecht onderhouden uit. Er was geen WiFi in het hotel. Er zou een monteur besteld zijn maar het kon wel dagen duren. De telefoon kon alleen intern gebruikt worden, maar we hadden weinig zin om de receptioniste te bellen. De lift is al maanden kapot en de gasten moeten de zeer kleine personeelslift gebruiken. Het bed kraakte enorm en we moesten een handdoek tussen bed en...

'Enjoyed my stay here. It's only a few hundred metres from the city center so that's convenient. Hotel hs a restaurant but there are many choices in the neighbourhood. I was able to park in front of the hotel but I think if it's busy you have to park elsewhere but they'll help you with that I read. Would stay here again when in the area.'
