'I arrived late at night, and everyone was so sweet. When I got to the room, I didn’t bother checking the lights as I just went to the bathroom and to bed. 'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'When I arrived the machine was done so I had to wait for them to manually put it in n it took forever then the next following day at 7:00 8:00 in the am housekeeping kept knocking on the door n when I went to the door so see the problem they told me nobody was supposed to b in the room after showing my receipt still had to go the front desk where I was asked a lot of questions when my receipt should’ve explained it all n after 15 min of waiting n checking stuff just to say I apologize ur right...
