'I was a little bit skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews the hotel got in the past but I have to say it was clean. It was quiet. The staff were very pleasant and besides not having a pool I would go there again when I want to be in Zen mode and just do me and relax cuz it's definitely a good environment for that. I give him five stars'

'Very unique property. It's a big onsite property like a campus - and they have carved out a hotel area. Very new, well kept buildings and grounds. The location is actually on a long hiking trail with beautiful views. The room wasn't huge but very clean and beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Staff was very helpful. It's a great alternative to the chain hotels in Elmsford - a whole different vibe. Has the Hudson Valley character. '

'The room was nice and spacious! Everything was clean. No foul odors. The hallways of the hotel are very dry and sweaty. The room was too before I turned the AC on. The bed was MASSIVE and very soft, I slept very well. You can fit at least 3 smaller size people in the bed. Some chips and wear on the furniture but it’s a $100 hotel, I mean? "Good place next to time square, clean hotel, good beds, rooms for 4 persons aren somewhat small if you have suitcases, but doable. Breakfast is proper and included (just missing basic options for bread such as cheese and ham).
The elevator situation especially around breakfast time is terrible. There are 5 elevators for over 30+ floors. If you are below level 20 there is a fair chance that you have to wait +10 mins for a elevator thats not full.
Further is the rooftop bar not just to but you must take a table. Outside space is limited, while inside the airco is on turbo.
Staff in general is nice, there is a basic but well maintained gym and they offer taxi services in case u need one to the airport. Conclusion, eventhough the elevator situation I would return."
