'The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.'

'This is a rat motel in the middle of the hood. The picture of the room in the advertising is super false, no hand towels, one towel, stunk of cigerettes, blanket had makeup on it. Extremely shady area, smokers and crack heads walking up and through the property. THIS IS A MOTEL NOT A HOTEL. Very seedy and disgusting, we walked in and walked right back out LMAO!'

'The Hampton Inn & Suites in Yonkers was clean and peaceful. They're was plenty of parking. I spent one night there for my birthday. My room was upgraded to a Suite at no cost to me. Not because it was my birthday but because I did not need the two queen bed room I booked. The continental breakfast hit the spot. It wasn't too heavy. I would book there again.'

'The staff was very friendly, so was the staff at the restaurant. They were great. We did have the provided breakfast unfortunately everything was cold. The coffee was tepid. The pastries tasted a day old. Bacon and sausage were good, again not hot so the eggs were awful.'

'I booked this hotel so my children could use the pool to enjoy while us parents had prior engagements. The pool was closed and has been closed for months. Expedia DID NOT INFORM. Total waste of money. I had to pay for them to do activities outside the hotel, this put me over budget. The room was spacious but dirty.
