'A walking distance to the Hennepin Theater and great restaurants. Clean and very friendly staff. They don’t have parking but hotel sends an email in advanced recommending the Hawthorne Transportation Center because it is connected to the hotel via skybridge. I parked my car there overnight, only one nigh without knowing that I had to pay $50 for the parking, only for one night! Unbelievable. This is not New York or Boston. 'A quick five minute walk to the mall and most of it is covered. Two super comfy beds. Great water, pressure. Lots of pillows and towels. They didn’t come and clean the room every day, but they would if you asked them to. There’s several places in town that deliver to the hotel even After Hours after the mall is closed. The IHOP and the TGI Fridays nearby are also open early/late . I love that there was breakfast in the morning and the pool and hot tub were nice in the evening. They do discounted...

'I thought the facility was amazing. Very clean and inviting when you walk in. The front desk staff was SO sweet and kind. The convenience store was one of the best I have ever seen and I've been in 100s of hotels. Plenty of options and treats. My only complaint was that there wasn't a microwave IN the room, which I needed for the purpose of my stay. But not everyone needs to heat up meals and the walk down to the store to heat up my food was fine. Thanks for a great stay!'
