'Very friendly team right across all areas. Smart and stylish hotel. Great amenities with lovely outdoor pool and hot tub area. We had a fabulous room on the 27th floor with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious and good options available. Healthy and tasty, all prepared in your eyesight. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.'

'A beautiful and welcoming hotel. Elegant entryway and smelled lovely. Room was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated- I felt I was at a small studio I lived in. Loved the location and proximity to shopping and services in downtown area. I parked there and felt very safe. Staff were very helpful.'

'Top hotel. Mooi van buiten en van binnen. Frans Normandisch kasteel. Zeer aardige heer bij het inchecken. Ruime schone kamer, alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Geen buffer, bestellen en het werd vers gemaakt. En echte verse jus dorange. In downtown. 15 minuten naar de mall of America en 40 naar daar waar wij voor kwamen, Paisley Park, de studio, woonruimte het alles van Prince. Waanzinnig was dat. Op loopafstand vh hotel een prachtige Prince mural en first avenue. Genoeg...

'Hotel is under renovation so the onsite restaurant was completely closed, as well as certain amenities were broken/not functional. My initial room had a broken safe and broken tub jets-I was able to switch rooms thankfully. At least half the staff were young & serious lacking customer service skills. Good central location downtown.'

'Loved the location. It's a block away from the football stadium! Next to the train station if you want to leave the car in the parking garage. Train gets you to the baseball stadium. Great variety of restaurants within walking distance too.'

'Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. '

'The room was clean and nice. Super quiet for staying downtown and close to the target center. US Bank is a bit of a walk but it’s doable'
