'Nice hotel with decent breakfast'

'geweldige kamer met keukentje. locatie t.o.v. The Lincoln Memorial top. In de buurt is verder niet zoveel te beleven qua restaurants e.d. Metrostation Foggy Bottom is ongeveer 10 min lopen. Je kunt je bagage gratis achterlaten na uitchecken. Enige minpunt was 's nachts veel last van feestende jongeren op de gang. '

'Schoon en modern hotel met hulpvaardig personeel met de musea op loopafstand. Jammer dat de metro niet in de buurt is.'

'Restaurant and bar where closed due to refurbishment. First room had a terrible smell in it. After request, the reception immediately allocated a better room (smell) . However very loud neighbours the first night (Saturday) and the general condition of the room was poor and close to shabby with damaged curtains and a broken refrigerator door.'

'An overpriced three star minus hotel. The elevator sign still mentions a restaurant and bar, but those were closed years ago. The "clubroom" is just an empty space with a few tables and chairs. The lobby is a corridor from the elevators to the door, where you can check yourself in on a machine on the wall. The staff is friendly though and the location is central.'

'Goed bed, fijne plek loopafstand van de Metro, ook goed te lopen naar de bezienswaardigheden. Erg jammer dat we tijdens het inchecken pas te horen kregen dat het zwembad gesloten was, vooral omdat we juist dit hotel geboekt hadden vanwege het binnen zwembad. Ontbijtbuffet erg duur voor wat je kan krijgen.'

'My husband and I loved this Holiday Inn!! The staff were so great and its very close to L'Enfant Metro station. The ONLY reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 was because the bed was as hard as a rock. I've had pallets on the floor more comfortable. Everything else was great.'

'Nice hotel right across Union Station. Staff was friendly and our family room was spacious and clean yet it could get quite noisy in the evening / night. If you are not a firm sleeper like we are that could be a problem maybe. Location was good for public transport. We prefer doing most by foot. Keep in mind that that is very doable yet restaurants and main attractions will take you some time (not around the corner). '

'De kamer was netjes.Het Personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Koelkastje op de kamer. Dicht bij de metro. In een halfuurtje sta je in Washington bij allerlei bezienswaardigheden. Het hotel werd grondig gerenoveerd. Bij binnenkomst kwam je direct op een bouwplaats terecht. Stoffig en geen fijne ambiance. Dit was ons niet medegedeeld door de reisorganisatie. We hadden dit hotel anders nooit geboekt. '
