'Er zijn in totaal 8 kamers, wij hadden een kamer op de bovenste verdieping, aan de achterkant. Prima kamer, erg schoon, weinig geluid van buiten, zelfs met de ramen open. Redelijk bed, goede badkamer met fijne douche in een douchecel. Kamer is niet heel groot maar wel toereikend. Het ontbijt kan je zelf maken in een grote keuken op de middelste verdieping, waarbij ook een eettafel met stoelen. Er was van alles aanwezig: brood, ontbijtgranen, melk, vruchtensappen, kaas, eieren, spek, diverse...

'Room was clean and had microwave fridge washing machine. Shower and toilet were clean. The bed mattress could do with changing as you could feel the springs in it. Entering the front door was tricky as there were no explicit instructions as to how to enter the code. Otherwise there was very good communication regarding the door codes and placement of keys. 'The place was filthy dirty. It had garbage bags on the windows. Cobwebs all over, kitchen was a total disaster. Kitchenware was dirty. I would give this place negative stars out of 5. '

She thought of everything, offering extra bedding when the weather cooled a little. We chose this place for easy access to Wimbledon and couldn’t have been happier. It’s an easy walk to the tennis club. We walked in to join the queue and got in! A delightful stay all round.'
