'Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly.

'Er zijn in totaal 8 kamers, wij hadden een kamer op de bovenste verdieping, aan de achterkant. Prima kamer, erg schoon, weinig geluid van buiten, zelfs met de ramen open. Het ontbijt kan je zelf maken in een grote keuken op de middelste verdieping, waarbij ook een eettafel met stoelen. 'Good location, decent food in the pub. 2 second walk to Balham station with direct trains to Victoria and Clapham as well as the tube.
Only downside was its a bit noisy on a weekend as they have a literal nightclub and pub below but wasn’t bad enough to not sleep. '

'I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault.
The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. But the garbages had dirty...

'I really enjoy staying here. The rooms are always spacious and clean, and there are lovely little touches like a big bottle of water, apples and biscuits left in the room on a daily basis.

"Mooi, schoon, goed onderhouden hotel in een goede buurt. Underground , winkels, restaurants allemaal op 100mtr afstand. Prima koffiebarretje op 300mtr.
Enige minpunt was de bijzonder kleine badkamer. Normaal douchen/afdrogen/op de wc zitten was niet mogelijk. "

"We had the Superior Room with Kingsize Bed and it was fantastic! Free minibar, bathroom with floor heating and very spacious. Personel was friendly and accomodating. Victoria station is busy which has it's advantages and downsides. The only thing which was unpleasant was the amount of homeless people in and around the station. I hope London finds a way to help them.
Overall a great hotel and lovely experience, I would really recommend this hotel."

"Prima hotel in een prachtige en rustige buurt, op loopafstand van 2 metrostations. Mooi en sfeervol hotel, fijne redelijk ruime kamer, goeie bedden, goeie douche. Ook fijn dat er een koelkastje is met flesjes water. De douche is wat klein voor grote mensen, maar voldoet verder prima.
Wij hebben geboekt zonder ontbijt, want Engels ontbijt is niet ons ding. Genoeg bakkertjes en opties om de hoek!
Er stond een nespresso apparaat, maar na de eerste dag deed die het helaas niet meer. Melding gemaakt, maar het heeft niet geholpen. Maar dat was het enige kleine minpuntje. Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan!"
"Ondanks dat onze kamer aan de kleine kant was, was alles aanwezig wat we wilden. Uiteindelijk ben je niet vaak in je hotelkamer wanneer je een citytrip doet. Bovendien was de kamer erg proper, elke dag netjes het bed opgemaakt en propere handdoeken. Als er één dingetje is: het is enkel glas in de ramen, waardoor je het verkeer van een drukke straat verderop goed hoort.
Voor het ontbijt was er voldoende keuze, maar het is geen enorm uitgebreid buffet. Wij vonden het oké.

"Heerlijk, knus hotel in het hart van Kensington. Veel leuke restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Het is echt een woonwijk en dat geeft een leuke vibe. Het hotel ligt enkele meters van de metro verwijderd en daardoor ben je overal snel. Ontbijtzaal ziet er prima uit, er is ontbijt en a la carte maar wij hebben gekozen om in de buurt te ontbijten. Kamer was compact maar ruim genoeg en met fijn zitje. Bed lag echt heerlijk, zacht maar stevig. "

Douchen in bad blijft glibberig maar verder was onze luxe kamer prima in orde. Enige minpunt is de wachtrij bij het ontbijt 🙁 Dit moet beter, meer ruimte voor ontbijttafels maken of reserveren of aanbieden om zonder extra kosten op de kamer te ontbijten. Let goed op dat je op tijd gaat ontbijten als je musea reserveringen hebt of andere tickets!!"
