'Though we enjoyed our family trip as our boys visited Galveston beach for the first time, our experience with Holiday Club was lacking. For some reason, the master bathroom toilet was left uncleaned with old dried up feces and urine. The most devastating part was almost half of our trip was spent without power. Upon checking out, the power was still off and we were left with wet clothes from the washer and had to find a nearby laundry mat to dry our clothes.
