'We had an excellent stay at the Omni Seaport. The facilities were modern and updated. There are so many things to do (and eat!) both in and out of the hotel. Will definitely be back.'

'Staff were wonderful, valet service was quick and room was pretty big. It is a huge hotel and the wait for the elevator is crazy long. People were cramming into already packed elevators because they had been waiting 10 minutes. Also impossible to talk to front desk before we arrived. '

There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '

'It was an historical property. Food and atmosphere in the restaurants was great. The bed was soft and comfortable. They were very accommodating with storing your luggage after checkout so that you could explore the city and the Freedom Trail. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Alles moet worden betaald ter plekken. WiFi, flesje water op de kamer dat zogenaamd klaarstaat. Zo is het alsnog een duur hotel als je dit vergelijkt bij een ander hotel. Receptie was niet al te vriendelijk stonden je te woord maar niet behulpzaam hoe je het makkelijkst naar vliegveld komt. '
