'Excellent location and beautiful hotel. It was my 60th birthday and upon arrival, the person checking me in asked if there was any special that brought us to Syracuse. I said my birthday celebration. When we returned back at the hotel in the evening there was a charcuterie board, bottle of wine on ice with two wine classes. It was a wonderful surprise and delicious! Very classy Marriott. '

'When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...
