'Prima hotel maar betalen voor wifi? Welkom in 2014. Ik sliep de nacht ervoor bij een Howard Johnson van 60 dollar en daar had ik gratis internet. Als je lid wordt van hun loyalty programma dan heb je wel gratis wifi, maar als je als gast voor de eerste keer hier overnacht en dan zo wordt behandeld dan ga ik natuurlijk nooit een loyale klant worden. Maar goed, bed, kussens, douche en airco zijn goed. '

Ashley, the parking valet, needs to know how to speak to customers. When I arrived, she greeted me, was explaining the process and another attendant walked over as if he were the one who was going to park. 'Love this hotel very nice and clean '

'The hotel is clean and comfortable despite showing some signs of wear and tear. Every staff member i encountered but one was above and beyond helpful and seemed concerned about me, my group, and our stay. Do not be fooled by the fact that they promote a fancy restaurant. Food is very limited and truthfully, not very good. Mass produced elsewhere and then not prepared with any love on site. Again, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean. '

'Nice to stay within the park. Easy walk to trails. Wasn’t aware that we needed to pay the $20 entry fee to get to the hotel. We were provided a pass for the rest of our time there. Beds were comfortable.'

'Angel and the other sweet lady up front 4/27 was the best!! So sweet and such great attitudes! The gym is the BEST gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel!! It was too cold to use the pool but it looked to be open. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I love the convenience of having Netflix/Max available on the tv instead of just a cable option. The shower pressure was perfect and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials including qtips! I would definitely stay here again!! '

'We enjoyed our stay. The rooftop bar was cool and the bartenders pleasant. However, the front desk staff were not friendly or very welcoming. My husband ate in the restaurant both mornings and he said the same about the waitstaff. We probably would not stay there again. '

'Parking is extra, which is dumb, and breakfast is a bit pricey. Room was generally clean, not spotless, but ok.'
