'Nice hotel in a great location. Don’t let the pictures fool you. It is not that big. There isn’t really any lobby like you’d expect. The pool is nice but there is no pool bar. Self parking is in the parking garage underneath the hotel. The kitchen inside the room is nice.
The beds were wonderful as always'

'When arriving at 3pm I was quite disrespectfully told to go away and come back at 4, the original incheck time. Because signing wasn’t clear I just wanted to know at that point if that was where check in was, because the name mentioned was not Sierra House.
Returned at 4 pm and a different lady gave me the room keys and directions and informed me that I had been upgraded. She was very kind. But the room had not been cleaned, so back to the lobby again. She apologized and gave me another room...

'The staff are very grouchy. Almost like they don’t want to be there. Tried to go to breakfast and they turned us away and said they were closing because it was 15 min left and we were a walk-in with no reservations. We were hotel guess. So had to get the manager to let us eat and it was buffet. Room was freezing and asked how to turn on heat. They told us there is no heat because they haven’t turned on the boiler yet. Bathroom sick was plugged up and told us they would send someone. We waited,...

'The location was amazing. Rooms clean and comfortable. Place was warm when we got there. We really enjoyed our stay. Only hard thing was The lock to get in did not work but there was an open door so we got in. There was no book to tell us about the area or property. No way to contact the owner because of no service. The code they gave su did not work. '
