'the room ac centrally controlled was switched off at midnight around 3 am by the hotel. it was suffocating in the room. when enquired from the Manager and staff - all gave one reply that, they put ac on rest mode so that it may cool later on . it is dangerous if the fresh air is stopped to room and required cooling is not there. it was very uncomfortable and suffocating. i would not recommend this hotel at all to any one . '

'Excellent stay. Stayed there for 1 night with family. Very comfortable for my parents and child. Special thanks to Pradeep, Pankaj, Shikha and others at front desk and restaurant. Breakfast had lots of options and staff went the extra mile to do customizations as well. Will love to stay there again.'

'Rokeby Manor and Landour were a real find for me. The mountain inn is perfect in ever way: Outstanding location, thoughtful and guest centric touches and personalised service, both front office and F&B showed a distinct willingness to please the guest, excellent food and restaurant, lovely rooms that have been redesigned without overt modernisation. Couldn't find fault with anything in Rokeby Manor. '

'Naast onze kamer een kind dat een uur lang drenst...huilt..en de volgende avond tgnovr onze kamer om 23.00 uur een kind dat onophoudelijk jengelt. Gestamp door de gangen, schreeuwende kids laat op de avond. We hebben in beide gevallen op de deur geklopt en gezegd dat het nu genoeg was. Van opvoeden hebben indiers nog nooit gehoord.... Het hotel was verder heerlijk.'
