'The room itself was clean. The front desk staff was professional. Didn’t see any other hotel employees except the valet, which we didn’t use. If you choose to self park in the basement parking garage, you enter the hotel through a semi creepy, semi abandoned, mall. The entrance to the hotel from the mall is unmarked.
