'Parking was not as advertised and promised. The 6 "reserved" spaces were occupied. Staff told us we'd be ticketed if we parked elsewhere. Would not commit to reimbursing parking tickets. We parked where we could and worried our entire stay. Rental is located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood, walkable to pubs and restaurants. 4 minute drive to downtown. This second floor unit is not appropriate for people who have difficulty with stairs or fear of heights. Access is by exterior metal...

'It is a very beautiful home'

'Gorgeous decor. Fresh and clean. We were provided with plenty of towels and high quality linens. The bed was wonderful and the temperature was very comfortable. Centrally located and very walkable. Caution to anyone who has mobility challenges, the stairs to the second level where the bedrooms are located are steep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend The Jungle House.'

'We love Hyatt Place(OSU)! It’s close to campus and have all the amenities we need. The staff was very helpful.'

'There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . '

'Exactly what I was looking for being in town for work. Clean, close to downtown, and, as a runner, being half a block from the park was just the perfect added touch. The stocked kitchen came in clutch too when I forgot to pack my frying pan lid! Will definitely be staying again...I'm actually staying at another Jungle House property next week (this one was sadly unavailable) because this one worked out so well for me!'

'People are great and so is the food. Very good alternative to one of the convention center hotels if they are too expensive or booked. Honestly this is probably better anyway. '

'Wasn’t clean and smelled bad. Furniture was pretty worn down. Could use a new shower curtain and shower head and new towels.'
